When a case appears in multiple quarterly files, the latest decision date is retained (later quarter breaks ties), so repeated or subsequently withdrawn records are counted once.

Count of distinct LCA case numbers, retaining the latest decision in the four quarterly files. Median = middle offered lower wage, or mean of the middle two, among eligible filings.

Wage population

Full-time, certified H-1B LCAs with pay unit “Year”; no annualisation, inflation adjustment or weighting by positions. Each median includes its sample size.

Limitations

No USCIS petition approval rates, unique workers, hires or actual earnings can be inferred. Only FY2025 is imported; historical employer trends are unavailable. Listed occupations and worksite states on employer pages are the top ten.
